Hi, My name is Stephanie Hoag and I am a personal trainer that is dedicated to helping women transform their lives through fitness. My journey began just over 12 years ago. As a child, I struggled with my weight. This struggle continued into my 20’s. After my 1st child, I knew it was time for a change.
